Dog Gone Good's Raw Shelled Peanuts are just plain raw shelled peanuts. We sell the extra-large, Virginia type (ballpark) peanuts as our raw shelled. You can eat them raw or cook them in the oven to have "parched" peanuts - the old fashion method to eating peanuts.

Customers also use these raw shelled peanuts in making their own peanut brittle. Warning! I have never tasted any homemade peanut brittle better than Dog Gone Good's!
